hi. im a surfer from baton rouge l.a. and living in the south we dont surf much during the school year so i bought a sector 9 cruiser and a hawaiian koa longboard i also have a 7 foot stewert funboard i love to surf wave or downhill

Very nice site. I live in San Francisco and am new to
longboarding, but have been skating since '79 (I'm 31)
Just bought a Sector9 board and have been ripping it up
at Fort Miley and downhilling in the avenues. If you guys
are interested in seeing a garage/surf

Recently I lost a good friend of mine. His name was Ryan
Costello. He died as a result of a head injury suffered
while downhilling. He was only 15 years old. It is
something that you think will never happen, but reality hits
you the hardest and you realize that it does happen. I just
want to remind all the downhillers out there that it is one
of the greatest sports around, just remember to wear a helmet,
please. We don't need to lose another warrior like
Ryan Costello.

Some of you may know me as a X-Games particpating street-luger.
I started Skating some 20 years ago.
This summer, inspired by my friend Ralph Kohler and some french SECTORS, I restarted the fine art of doing stand-up downhill.
It's still stylish and great fun.
I just read all the pages and a feel stoked by all your
ethusiasm.
Hope the number of downhill skaters will grow in Germany ...
