Anybody know of any decent ditches in the Reno or Lake Tahoe area to skate? I've been looking but haven't found much yet.

ez 7 in Houston
On 8/27/2002 Stubbs wrote in from (65.69.nnn.nnn)

Yes. EZ 7 in Houston is still being sessioned on a daily basis. As well as the Death Pit, the Meatgrinder and other a few other Houston mainstays as well. Texas is ditch heaven. Right next to ditch utopia, New Mexico.

Pflugervile Ditch

Pflugerville is gone. Destroyed years back. But we have tons of other good ones now. That was a famous one though.

What's up, Nau?

I need some help in finding the riverdale ditch, I've seen pics of it and it looks nice....I just discovered a pretty decent one by the Shady Grove Metro station...and lots of em in greenbelt, however most of them were too tight to skate.

I'm looking for anyone who remembers skating in the Boomer Lake Spillway in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I'm especially looking for photos from the mid 70's to the mid 80's. E-mail me if this spot rings a bell.

Thanks,

Moses Lake Full Pipes (irrigation)
On 8/11/2002 Dan Hughes wrote in from (208.26.nnn.nnn)

Last winter I heard about some full pipes that were only accessable during the winter months. So, I made a stop in Moses Lake, Washington (USA) to find them. Well, long story short, I had to call the guy who knew where they were. They were so hard to find, I took notes, and posted them on my web site (mostly so I wouldn't forget).
They used as irrigation between huge lakes during the growing season. So the surface was rough and dusty.
Here's the web page: Moses Lake (WA) full pipe
And one picture:
