Welcome to the NCDSA!The Northern California Downhill Skateboarding Association is a global confederation of slalom, longboard, and old school skateboarders in the Northern California area and beyond. The NCDSA was founded in 1996 to promote the sport of longboard skateboarding through the exchange of information. After six years, this site has become the largest and most heavily trafficked slalom, longboard, and old school skateboarding site on the Internet.
The site is based on user-supplied feedback that are categorized into topical forums. There are currently 44 forums covering just about every aspect of the sport. In the forums you can: read reviews of boards, trucks, and wheels; learn where the killer hills are in your area; find out which skate shops do downhill right; or hook up with other riders in your area. The NCDSA is also proud to continually support riding safety with several forums dedicated to the topic.
After reading others riders' entries you can then upload a few of your own experiences. It's easy to contribute - the bottom of each forum page has an input form for submitting your own entry into that category. This site changes constantly so bookmark it now and check back often!
