A Totally FREE Session for Women Racers!
Saturday (and possibly Sunday!). June 1st & 2nd, 2002 in Beautiful Cambria, California -- 10:00 to ?
Features:
¨ Individual coaching and tips from Paul Dunn, current 2002 FCR Series points leader, Jack Smith (Paul’s original coach!), and Terry (Brown) Benko – top women’s competitor, CA licensed Physical Therapist and owner of Los Osos Fitness!
¨ Relaxed, no-pressure, non-competitive (until Sunday?!) skating atmosphere.
¨ Great hill: not too steep with plenty of run-out.
¨ Beautiful scenery – grass & hills all around.
¨ Comfortable & private bathroom facilities.
Possible topics (subject to group approval) to be covered at this session:
1. Starting & stopping with confidence.
2. Turning made easy.
3. Running clean lines around cones.
4. Best board set-ups for differing slalom disciplines.
5. Speed-generation theory and application.
6. Wheel selection for different types of courses.

Highway 1 to Cambria. Turn East (away from Ocean) on Weymouth St. Take first left. Go to end of street.
