BRING YOUR CONES, CHALK,and YOUR BROOMS or LEAF BLOWERS!!!

First to show up with cones and chalk has first dibs on course setting.

The "Instigater" probably will be present, but may not be there due to job related reasons. If not present, everyone else should set courses and mark them, and slalom and have a good time! This means:

BRING YOUR CONES, BRING YOUR CHALK, AND YOUR BROOMS and/or LEAF BLOWERS!!!

WHEN - Probably Sunday May 20th - DO NOT BUY PLANE TICKETS Yet-The Weather is NOT predictable long term this time of year!!!!

HELMETS - YES! They are REQUIRED! This is an at-your-own-risk activity and noone but you will be held responsible for any injuries you incure.

WHAT- Non-racing slalom session, Bring your own food, possibly free food BBQ but due to recent outbreak of the norovirus, probably not.

COURSES - There will probably be the usual two separate and different courses - one big and open, the other more techy and tighter than the bigger one. Both courses will have mixed rythem and mixed features-unless someone other than the "Instigator" sets the courses.

BRING YOUR CONES, CHALK and YOUR BROOMS or LEAF BLOWERS

DIRECTIONS - Get onto Interstate 5 in Oregon. Go to Salem. Go to the "south half" of Salem(not south "of" Salem however). Look for the Highway 22 exit, take that exit and head WEST(toward the Pacific Ocean or away from the Cascade Mountain Range). You will immediately be also on Mission Blvd, stay on it and head WEST for about 2.5 miles. You will go over an underpass, then you will go under an overpass and BE CAREFUL AND WATCH OUT FOR THE SNEAKY STOP LIGHT RIGHT THERE!!! Proceed WEST, as you look to your left/south, you will see a big huge wooded park named BUSH PARK. Keep going WEST, look for the big Track and Field Stadium, the SOAP BOX DERBY HILL is next to it.

PARKING - You can park at the bottom of the Soap Box Derby hill, or you can keep driving to the stoplight, turn LEFT/South and then take the next Left into another parking area, or just park on the street, or keep going SOUTH, and turn LEFT/EAST and park somewhere near the top of the hill and south end of the park.

1. Paul Howard Corvallis, Oregon  Slalomers slaloming  I'll ride what everyone else is riding so people will like me.   I wish I could quit playing stringed instruments. I like the color blue. I like to go skateboarding. My glider is made of wood. OK, that's all I have for now, I guess. OK, so that's about it.  Hopefully the weather this spring will be a bit more predictable than last spring.

SUBSONIC IS THE BESTEST!!!!
