I have been invited to perform (run and show off) the Jet Luge at the IHRA Torco Racing Fuels President's Cup Nationals at Maryland International Raceway next weekend September 23,24,25. This is the Big IHRA show for the year and Sunday is televised on the Speed Channel.
I have alot to get ready for this event and could use some help. I only get a few free entrances for this event since it is close to being sold out, but I need a crew of at least 2 for each day. Someone to help me on the track for each run and someone in the pit area to explain the gravity sports display I will have setup. I could also use someone good with the video cam.
If you are available and interested in helping out please send me an email letting me know what you would like to do and what day is your preference.
Big things for all of us are possible from this show.
Thanks

Sunday Sunday Sunday!!!!! Actually it is Saturday. I will be running the Blue Smoke Jet Luge at Maryland International Raceway (Budd's Creek) www.mirdrag.com as the opening act for the Jet Wars (jet car/truck show)today August 2oth 7pm. I will have a VIP pit area set up with the other jets powered monsters. My pit area / tent will be a promotion display of our beloved gravity sports. (the reason for building the jet luge was to grab eyes toward gravity sports). IF you come to the track, bring your board or bike and display it in my tent. Maybe we can find some crossover guys or sponsors from dragracing.
This should be fun. See you at the races bob www.jetluge.net

I am pleased to hear that the development of my Gyroscoped skate board is makeing progress. Stanford University and bellatrix systems informed me that skynet's digital construction in over with. They have knocked another 6 months off before the prototype is ready for me either to show the world we do not know all about phsyics or I will shatter ever bone in my body. The truth is the "experts" dont really know whats it going to do. But my therory is basically what skynet is demoing for us. Flyers will be in your local sport shops on a international level. After the demo the prototypes will be auctioned off in America only. A skate board that will catch the best wave of them all, the planets orbital wave orb.

S.F. Race

Hey folks, I am sorry about the news that S.F. will skip the 2005 season, but it's really for the best.
My very recent marriage, a lack of sponsors, 2 more killings in the park since the last race, the condition of the course after 9 cars have been torched on it over the past 2 years(3 with people in 'em), the loss of my fiscal ass in the last event, new crowd control and protection issues brought on by the GP format, etc.
In short, I realized that I could not just open my checkbook and use my trusty pen to work magic then see 40 riders show up, lose my ass, go crawl in a hole for a while and feel sorry for myself, then try to come back again.
The event has reached a moment where it must "come of age" so to speak. The venue has obvious problems, last year I spent over 40 hours repairing the road myself. We deserve better, but the city has too many other problems to care about us enough to pave the road and put up some "no burning cars" signs.
It's time to think big, we're working on a proposal involving a partnership with an Indian casino and a ski resort, but it takes time and alot of smoking of peace pipes and such.
We also have a couple of race venues in the City that we have scouted for a big combo event that I have been dreaming up for a while and it takes a year or so to get it going.
It is still my intention to hold a race in San Francisco and I have several courses selected within an hour or so drive from the airport, on roads that will kick your ass and make you smile.
I will make the remaining trophies and bring them to the final L.A. race and dinner. There I will update you on plans for 2006.
Workin' hard to keep you guys racin', Robert

2005 S.F. Gravity Festival Cancelled

I'm sorry, but relieved to announce that I have cancelled the S.F. Gravity Festival Downhill race scheduled for the weekend of September 23rd, 24th, and 25th. Other commitments (marriage) and necessary changes brought on by the evolution of the event have made it clear to me that I would be gambling with disaster if I tried to go forward with it on these dates.
Last year's event did not go well for me and a repeat of those difficulties would result in me hanging it up for good. I want to keep this thing going, so I have the challenge of responding to the new needs with a new plan and I will. I'll keep you updated on these message boards. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Bend Oregon has an rather large event going people from south america and from all over the states are comeing to Stevan L. Hemingways Gravitation skateing. Also are waiting to see this skate board he and stanford university are developeing. Alls i can say about it is that it uses the same technology we only use to shift directions of sattlites in our gravity wave orbit. The Prototype will be demod once not mass produced and the models will be actioned off after this next olympics. I am talking a board that cost over $10,000 to build and its just the prototype. It WILL defy everthing you thought you knew about phsyics and gravity. We promise that. Also you can trade you board in for a better one and get explained this stop which requires balls not skill if you do it with the laws of the skates gyro with the planets it will stop you at 8.6 meters a second the full force of earth gravity pull and will work every time as long as an apple still falls to the ground when you drop it. or like an airplane cannot just fall outa the sky if its intacted its Phsyics. People stop Endangering you life by slideing ur foot shoes are man made, andno brakeing system man has built is as effective as mother natures, trust us. We our the best of the best, Bonzi team is skaken in there knees. Funny they dont evan know about the Gyroscoped prototype board that they will not get cuz we own it and only us giveing us a supirior advantage in the olympics.
