Currently putting together an association in Victoria, so events can progress with insurance and be run and organised as professionally as possible. Just interested to see if there is enough interest out there to get the ball rolling. Cheers, Tony

would definatly travel to VIC for a downhill gathering I think that one might have to do some research on liability insurance and establish a association or similar type of organisation to run such an event

Anyone interested in starting competing in slalom, downhill and luge events here in Melbourne/Victoria, if so, get in touch via my email or we could communicate in this forum so that others can see if we can progress any further than this page. Regards, Tony

I'm moving down there. I just landed a job, building bullet proof trucks(not the skateboarding kind unfortunately). So, it'll be Mt Kiera sessions nightly. Anyway, any longboarders keen for Kiera missions, keep in touch.

Oh man, h0dad's got some excess adrenaline to deal with (via this forum) after a run in with an ape parking garage attendant.
Ape: "Oi!" h0dad: "Oi!"
Monkeyboy swaggers over for a chat. h0dad sees the schoolboy bully from when he was 13 at school and decides to wind up monkeyman.
Ape: "I'll ring the cops" h0dad: "go on then they'll love you for calling them in to tell off a skater" Ape: "I'll swing for ya" h0dad: "please do, h0dad could use some punishment, and some pain threshold enhancement, yeah!..but you'll lose your job.."
The exchange degenerated somewhat after that. No fisticuffs, but plenty of posturing by this guy, he used up everything he had then waddled back to the booth. What a dick.
