El proximo 15 de Septiembre del 2002 se realizara en la Urb. Lomas del Este de Valencia, la segunda edicion de la competencia de Long Skateboarding del año 2002: LomasXtremE. Este evento consistira de 3 modalidades del deporte:
- DOWNHILL: Una bajada de alrededor 1km de largo con un recorrido que exigira al maximo de los competidores. Los heats seran de 3 personas y se exigira casco, rodilleras y franelas para competir.
- SLALOM: Con el resurgir del Slalom de conos en USA, se crea por primera vez esta competencia, esto consiste en 2 corredores compitiendo entre si pasando a tra ves de 20 conos en linea recta, cada contendiente esforzara sus condiciones fisicas para poder ganar. Equipo protector es recomendado para esta modalidad.
- FIGURAS: La modalidad con mas variedad y versatilidad. un nuveo estilo de jueces estara observando tanto a la categoria femenina como la masculina.la mejro figura sera premiada.Equipo protector es recomendado para esta modalidad.
Todas las modalidades seran premiadas del 1er al 3er lugar en metalico y productos de nuestros distinguidos patrocinantes:

El intinerario del evento sera el siguiente:
- 8:00am. Reunion de los competidores, explicacion de reglas e inscripcion y chequeo de equipos.
- 8:30am. Practica para Slalom de conos
- 9:00am. Competencia de Slalom de Conos
- 10:30am. Practica de Figuras
- 11:00am Competencia de Figuras (Femenino y masculino).
- 12:30pm Descanso
- 1:00pm Practicas de Downhill
- 1:30pm Competencia de Downhill
- 5:00pm Premiacion

man, you are really f... up, there is no good skateparks in miami, you mayu find some street courses and other small banks maybe.
But if you can take you time and drive way up north you will find KONA SKATE PARK IN Jacksonville, take a look at their site konaskatepark.com

1º Festival Tracker de Downhill Skate
On this Saturday, July 13, Downhill Skate 1st Festival Tracker, event that gathered the galley for a confraternization where that governed was the love for the pushcart, without concern with tendencies or maneuvers of the fashion. Counting with two categories, Slalon and free session (divided in masculine and feminine), the event received skaters of great São Paulo, that checked a good organization.
The championship began with the galley of the slalon that, according to Rogério Sammy, it is the most classic modality of the skate. First all the 25 competitors marked their times. Of this phase 16 skatistas that made a final man passed to man. Eloy Figueiredo was it more constant and faster and he overcame Alexandre Maia, one of the favorite ones, concluding as champion of the slalon...
The category free session mixed street and downhill., testing the versatility and the competitors' ability. Among the girls, who it took the title Laura Aline, that her line concluded with a b.s was. slide onefoot reverse with a lot of speed. The girls' evolution was also very eulogized.
With the liberation for the use of any skate type, the grown men of the free masculine session knew how to mix slides with maneuvers in the dispersed obstacles along the slope. The one that best combined the downhill with the street Alesandro Sato that ordered was, besides several slides, f.s. rockslide in the bar. ollie piercing to 45th and the descent concluded with a 50-50 in the box of the fun box.

que paso mano turtle, tiempo sin que yo digit por aqui. bueno es que he estado viajando, right now i'm in miami, bueno pero laproxima semana ya estare en porto alegre, infelizmente no logramos la realizacion del parque downhill, pero tenemos el de snake0run listo ya hace mas de 20 anos, estoy seguro de que si vienes a Brasil al sur, te va gustar, por cierto vienes a NOVO HAMBURGO, vienes a estudiar dijistes, que bien, Noia (es como le decimos a Novo hambrugo) tiene muy buenas bajadas, es mas, alla hay muchos amigos que le dan duro a las bajadas 85km/hr y parriba!!!!!!!
Dime cuando vienes que te llevamos a conocer toda la gente, asi puedes aprender el portugues mas rapido, ademas te llevaremos a conocer todos los parques que hay por aqui, bien como las bajadas por donde entrenamos.
gusto en saber que quieres venir a Brasil, estoy seguro que te vamos a recibir muy bien, saludos Diego
