Radikal set for sale
On 1/14/2010 marty schaub wrote in from (24.30.nnn.nnn)

I have a red front and rear rad for sale. Nearly new, I hooked these up on a deck that I simply never rode. In fact Dixie 07 was the only race I brought it to. Minor scrathces where they were mounted on the plate, other than that they are super clean. The front comes with a Rad Clear bushing conicaled on the bottom and the top is a rad red that has been conicaled too. The rear has a green rad bushing on the bottom and a green tracker superball on top. Pics you say.....Well if my camera and computer would work with one another that would be great. But I do have a few pics in my phone that I can text if you really need to see them. This is a super sweet set up and the bushings make it over the top. 275.00 for the pair shipped in the US. Outside the US I will charge you actual cost depending on your locale.Contact me at mschaub@mail.com or post a message here, but I check mail more often. Thanks!!!

Getcha Some Trucks - TTC / Skandall / Splitfire
On 1/12/2010 marty schaub wrote in from (63.230.nnn.nnn)

I have four different trucks to sell. Got down in the basement over the weekend and started digging on the workbench:TTC (Turner Traction Control) rear truck on an Independant baseplate. Great condition and a great rear slalom truck for beginner to advanced racers. This was the first generation of what morphed into the Splitfire. 60 bucksGeezerized 3dm TTC rear. This was the second gen of this design made in partner with 3dm. It went through the shop of the one and only Geezer X. Polished hanger sits on a Tracker baseplate. Upgraded by Geezer it is again a great starter to advanced rear truck. 80 bucks for this oneSplitfire 90 on a Randall 50 degree baseplate. No longer made and highly sought after, I believe this to be the last 90 I possess. Silver hanger to match the Randall plate. Bought this directly from Fluitt back in the day. Great condition - 90 bucks.Randall 108 modified by Richy @ SK8Kings. Known as a Skandall, this rear is brand new and sits on a 35 degree plate. 50 bucks for this babay....I did this from work so no pics. E-mail me at mschaub@mail.com for 1st dibs. Pay me through PayPal and I'll send in the US via Priority included. Outside the good ol US I'll charge you actual cost on 1st class post. If you desire a pic before purchase I can text or e-mail you one. Thanks!

Thanksfor the great advice.I thought this deck was the cutaway, but its been too long and I am old! (46 in two weeks) I'm gonna hold on to it as long as i can but will never ride it again. I was hit head on when a truck crossed the centerline on a 2 lane highway a few years ago, and am not able to ride it anymore, but havent ridden it for 23 years anyway. I would be rich if I hadnt given my nephews so many of my skateboards after seeing what some of these vintage boards are selling for now! I still have my Kryptonics Micke Alba board with Independant trucks and street bones! i'd sell that before the turner

Original 1979 Turner Summerski
On 12/31/2009 bara wrote in from (68.60.nnn.nnn)

Todd...its not too bad of a time on Ebay, prices are all over the chart...250 would be a stretch though...the only ones going for that $$ right now are the earlier "bullet boards" and cutaways with the thinner noses....but...if you break this one down, you'll better your chances of getting that money...some people hang Turners on the wall...and nobody would be riding it regularly, so some folk will just want the deck...The trackers are fulltracks and they're clean...they'll pull good coin right now...the wheels are actually in really nice shape for softees...I'd sell it all separately... Educated guess: that deck will go for 150-175...the trucks another 40-65.00 and the wheels for about 20-50.00 or so (i cant see the sidewall, so it's hard to tell)I've sold lots of boards....and a bunch of turners...and yeah, you regret it....but unless this is THE board from your kidyears, you'll get over it...Try here first...dont go to Ebay until its the last resort..their fees are shit...then use the cash, pick up a pavel or pistol...and get out to some events in '10!....before you accidentally grow oldhappy new year

Thanks for the advice, You're probably right about regretting selling it, Its more of a "have to" sell it, rather than a "want to" sell it, and I've been struggling with it for awhile now. I have baby'd this board since I bought it. only one other skater has been on it besides me, to afraid to let anybody else ride it. and if I do decide to sell it, I will probably post it here because I would want it to go to a good home and not in some ebay-ers garage Once again Thanks And Happy New Year to you too!

You will probably regret selling it.And sadly, you might not even get $250 for it on e- Bay at this time.Try and sell it here first if you do decide to part with it, it's less hassle. HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!

On 12/31/2009 toddbuh wrote in from (207.119.nnn.nnn)

I am looking to sell a turner summerski and was wondering if anyone could tell me what they are selling for.I am the original owner, bought it in 1979 and competed with it once (took second place in Missouri skateboard championships).then skateboard park closed. and it has been in the garage for the past 28 years. It has Kryptonics red 70mm wheels with NMB Bearings,Some of the first Tracker Trucks ( Sixtracks, I believe they are called) on it with a 1/8" ultralight riser pads. I will put a picture of it on here if I can because Im not sure what model it is. I bought it from the pro shop at skateboard park in Springfield Missouri shortly after I moved there from San Jose Ca. when I was 15. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Ive seen them go for $250 on Ebay dont know if this is avg. price or not.
