Mr. Timeship, Thank you for your kind words and generosity. Your offer of a gift for only wearing a Timeship jersey might be a bit much. I wear the jersey not only for it's function as far as being fitting and cooling but because it represents Timeship. My loyalty goes back years and Timeship has taken care of me throughout the years. I have been offered airline tickets, hotel rooms, had entry fees waved and so much schwagg from the ship that my wearing a simple jersey is how I give back. (it does smell though) Now if you want to send me a new Predator Helmet I might tell you about the Pagan trip I just did with Dubois, Maytum, Coop, Staub, Dubler, and Bunchie. Over 1500 miles, sleeping on the ground, 3 busts on more than a dozen mountain roads bigger than anyone has ever seen. I can't put into words how the past 4 days have been. I've seen the HOLY Land. It's not Cali, Canada, or Europe . I've never seen anywhere you can access so many different types of hills. I've lived hear for bout 15 years??? I skated more big dangerous beautiful fast fun roads in 4 days than I have in an entire year. just reeling still.
Look for footy and pics at skatehouse media... peace

Nice job Rob! Look man, here at TimeShip all we care about is that you not only made the podium but have the where with all to make SURE that the TSR logo is prominently highlighted in the photo. SICK! Team protocol states that you you may now pick something from the Pro Shop for your own quiver. Just tell us what you need and it's yours.
Yes, lot's of other riding and racing may have happened that same weekend, but how many of them PUKED to make their point? Thanks Rob!

I'm still trying to catch my breath from racing a Denva crosstown. I friggn puked 100 yards from the finish. Not only blew chunks but blew the 3 block lead I had most of the 6 plus miles. I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those damn kids! Once they saw me about to win these two kids about 6 foot 2 with legs like trees size 15 shoes just caught me at the finish I tried everything...ran red lights, foot braking through crowds of people outside Coors Field (Rockies game time) I kept cutting them off while yelling at cops to MOVE! Finally I had to rest and spewed in front of a huge intersection filled with cars and people. SICK! literally. I got third. I really wanted to beat them damn kids! So last weekend I tried to ride with the Pagan's at 5 am and puked 3 times riding up the hill. Then drove all the way to Vail and got shut down by 5000 road bikes. And tried to hit Lookout by afternoon and got blown out by Tstorms. Today I got one in on Lookout and the Sher riff showed up. Threatened to give me a 10 dollar ticket...I'll take those all day to have rocks spit out of my wheels while I'm blasting thru a turn listening to the ting, ting, ting sound as the rocks hit the metal frame of a road bike. Made me giggle. The cop asked me my name and I laughed and said Joel Putrah. Sully today???? Anyway Denva push race was fun. The end

I snuck up Daybreak Ridge in Avon with a FLY fisherperson can't give away much but this road is amazing and hard to get on. thanks to budget cuts some security is lacking. There a a few more failing high dollar neighborhoods up there.
Maryhill sounds like it was another great year of racing. Billy getting third, Huey also standing tall with a trophy. Big upsets. and Mike McIntyre on luge is still killing it. Slalom set ups killing it. Poor Martin and Zen...sad panda.

SOOOOOO HOT! And hard to believe I was rolling in on T Ridge Sunday just below the ice on the road. We rolled in Pagan dawn patrol with 4 of us and sunrise at this altitude on the edge of the World at sunrise on Sunday...Hail Skat'n! Lots of wind, lots of elk, hard to see with wet-spots and glaring sun, wow just amazing. Thank you Pagan.
I hit Cottonwood last week and there's another Rado treasure. Still big snow walls up high but after this weeks hi temps it's going fast.
Battle Mountain Pass is a bit scarier this summer with some oil and rips in the pavement.
Lots of repaving going on in Vail this week!!
I haven't seen any details yet about the last Canada race?? This week is Maryhill and Colorado sent a crew! Look for a CO kid to win the juniors...again. The Rado kids are home schooled a lil bit higher.
Cathlamet Downhill coming SOON!

Good day yesterday, took a small crew up to Bailey. The neighborhood needs a broom be sure to bring one. The 6 mile run is long slow but fun down to some little old town then ride uphill bout 4miles. This hill was hitting 55mph 57mph using the car to track. Lots of winds and my half tuck for 3 runs. I'm claiming this to be another 70mph hill. The sheriff didn't want to hear that. Pretty fun day gotta run right now. Heading to Cottonwood!!!

I hope this website has dried up because your all out skating this spring? It was really cool to see ncdsa comeback on the air but now I can understand why it shut down for a while. And could see why this thing may shut down again. I wonder what the numbers for this thing where like it it's hay day? ncdsa got big fast...that's what she said. I remember coming here years ago and getting into stupid arguments with people I had never met. And then skateboarding probably brought us together by a camp fire for a beer. This site was a great tool for getting the word out without much bs. I made a s#@!load of friends on ncdsa, it changed my life.
Speaking of old school days...and I hope Biker is feeling better, Dave Price rides for Dregs! HaHa ! New suit, goin to races and skating back at Timeship! Dave did you call Madrid yet? Remember not to worry nobody reads ncdsa anymore.
Hope your all out skating and not on the internet. Maybe if it was KRimes on speed people would read this? He's broken and probably still faster than me.
Wear a helmet.

Saw the concrete Wave with Maytum's break yo self ad today with Krimes at Connor's race. Sad strange irony there eh? So sorry to hear about Kevin. Unfortunate but when your one of the fastest guys in the World you kinda up the ante for severe injuries. SICK to win DB 10 so you can ride that high. You will have some time to surf now and focus on the business of healing and the business. I was surfing coastlongboarding and saw a gnarly video wreck...see if I can't steal it real quick. http://vimeo.com/24426046 Well the kid in the vid got worked and it started a thread controversy about the accident I guess and the vid got pulled...for now. I've got a new ex caliber board skateboard and have to figure out how to use it. My velodrome is a much tighter radius than what these guys are running. I saw again a sweet video of these things and then this guy high sides at about 30 mph and I wonder do I really want to do this? http://www.napsr.bz/ Billy Bones 4th at DB Gotta go check Cottonwood Wondering what the pavements like on Lookout? Vail Pass is pLOUD!

I recently drove across the country after visiting my Grandfather the night before he died. Witnessing death first hand evokes thoughts of your own mortality and others, so guess what I did for 1800 miles. BBDH was GNAR!
Practice day was fun and the trucks were full every run. Lotta smiles and not a real competitive vibe. When people arrive to CO the thin air and scenery puts ya off for a day or so. I almost forgot , I was Cooped that day. I tell myself last run and that’s it. I put my stuff away and change clothes and go home…for some reason when Coop said “c’mon Robbie lets take a fun run no leathers.” I thought bad idea don’t do it but grabbed my board anyway and put my helmet on. First hairpin I stand up and Coop goes inside HOT (sexy) with no chance of making it and doesn’t. Ok move on…getting Cooped. Race day I’m looking at the heats and some guy starts with me saying he’s gonna race me and how he doesn’t have to worry about me or something but he’s calling me out and just trash talking, pretty f#@!ing funny. A couple people around me are asking do you know that guy? Is he serious? Good times. So I guess this is when I start to sound like the old guy but back in my day that was rude. I heard a couple people talking about taking each other out or put em in the hay. Scary. Coop does it all the time but because he’s drunk and laughing trying to say sorry it’s ok? When some young kid who doesn’t give a s#@! about rubbing wheels at 40 mph because you don’t see him does it…like I said old guy. I jumped the starter a couple times and I will try and snake your line but I don’t have the balls to dive inside another rider and use them to stay up. Speaking of staying up Did ya hear about the helicopter crash? So I got thru one heat and then had a fun heat trying to beat Cody Noble to our rolling boards as he and I ping pong off the hay. He advanced, Fun Stuff. I got to the old guy finals and was very anxious to race Fluitt,Tad and Frank. Frank totally took out Coop by the way in the semis. That was right in front of me. I knew those 2 wouldn’t be able to race each other without rubbing. So yeah just before the final the Helicoopter crashed and wow. Justin Dubois put on one hell of a show and thank you to all the sponsors. I was just about to fly down to Albuquerque for Dslap and the Abomb when I got the call to come visit my Grandfather. I don’t have time to get into how my Grandfather shaped who I am but it was an honor to know him. He died with dignity and the way he wanted to. I still learn from him. He knew I would be driving his car back from DC and that would be an adventure. He made sure to tell me the cars status as if I would leave without gassing up or only drive at 55mph for 4 days. I drove through a small town in Virginia that had been leveled by tornadoes. I think 7 people had died. Both sides of the highway had entire structures removed leaving only the foundation. Trees so big it could take a couple to get arms around were just splintered. Just 1 storm, just 1 night changed so many lives. And now Joplin...
The downer drive across the US brought me into the Midwest and the Mississippi flood plain. Here I got see water where it shouldn’t be. Such an understatement. I thought some new type of aquatic farming had taken over. Fields of watercress and cranberries? People surely lost crops, livestock and revenue but you hope that’s all. I learned about the death of Graham Bultemeier while coming home. I’m so sorry for his family and friends. I don’t know enough of the circumstances surrounding his accident but I understand he was not wearing a helmet. Honor him by riding another day.
This has been a fast couple weeks and very introspective. I want to learn from the death of others so their lives are honored. How you carry on after the loss of a family member or friend is the only way to respect them. I got to skate with some Rad folks on some Rad hills in the last couple months and can’t wait to get more. RADo is warming up and the gravel is being swept away. I forgot so much here but there’s always tomorrow. Treat everybody like it’s Christmas today. KRIMES WINS DBAY!
WOW Coast put up 1000 for the old guy division. See you next year. I want to race Chaput for 1000 bucks. Ok maybe not much honor in trying to beat a 50 year old man but I’m 40 I don’t have much left.

Jim so much has happened since I last saw you. See you at DSlap next week? NCDSA goes back on line and I just haven't been keeping up. SAD... especially with all that's happening in downhill. Rist is clean. Buffalo Bill this weekend(get to that in a sec). Soooo Maryhill Freeride was SICK! I think I was one of the oldest riders (thanks Tad) and lots of old faces as well. Deano puts on a great show and deserves high praises for making sure we all had a great time. I think there was over 100 riders and more than once everybody took off at once. Why go to race and stand around for Mary. She's to slow and long to entertain the really fast riders, that's why everybody is riding slalom boards on her and kicking ass.
Spotted for some anonymous riders hitting over 80mph on Rist. It'll be fun to see how fast they go after a few runs when they really try. No wonder Seismic didn't invite anybody to come play with Mischo on his 80mph run. I saw that get beat a couple times. No disrespect to Mischo 80mph is fast as s#@! and I'm wobbing at 65mph so I can't say much but...that hill is faster.
Well the World starts showing up here tomorrow for Buffalo Bill Downhill, there goes the neighborhood.

Wow, just got done packing and can't wait to see what I forgot. Heading to Maryhill in the morning for my first ever freeride. Got to ride Rist and watch Kyle and Kevin reclaim Rist for Colorado hitting hi 70's low 80's for the first runs of the season. Really stoked to get to see everybody and ride Mary once again. Didn't have time to go into quitting my job again to do this. Gotta snooze before the early flight.

Sounds like the helicopter ride might have been the more exciting ride! Isn't hang gliding one of the established activities there? It would be cool to figure out some relay / tag team / best edit contest. The helicopter class would require too much liability insurance, but maybe paragliders.

So Maytum and I met up at 9 am on Lookout to receive our Pagan merit badges. We ran the course with Jim MF'n Callahan following us in a helicopter. Now I had these visions of police style chase videos with Zak and I bombing the hill and on the run from this evil black chopper. Well it was kinda windy and I guess you gotta get real close with one of those whirly birds while shooting with a...Go Pro! HA HA!! Since the footage isn't that great here's an artists rendition.

I'm so stokeT to be back in RADo! There has been great weather with a mix of sun and snow and skating through February. I have only been snowboarding once this season (sad coming from riding heaps for about 15 years) and that addiction has been medicated by skating round the front range. There's a bunch of skaters down here and sessions abound with skaters of all levels. A few years back I drove an hour to make a garage sesh in Denver to meet up with these front rangers. I dig riding garages like most and can't wait to jump a fence and get chased, that's always a good laugh. I got a text last night at 9:55 PM that a bro down was happening and thought I've got the perfect board ready to go! My only problem was I had already gone to bed 20 minutes earlier. It's happened.
