Chris, when will the retro 60mm/81a wheels be available? Also, from the pics that you've shown me, it looks like the letters are embossed as opposed to the usual printed graphics. Am I correct in assuming that? I HOPE so... that would be in keeping with the older Roller Sports wheels that many of us grewup with in the early 70s. You've already seen/ridden my rocker board setup... that's the one on which I'd like to use the retro wheels.
Thanks! Keep up the good work with the wheels.

Okay Kludy, you big big cootie. Now it's my turn to get broken up, retire and come back. You have darkened this forum for the last time. I am NOT a movie star. But, if you want to die laughing, check out the IMDb (Internet Movie Data Base) and check out the two pictures.

I love green wheels, Ive tried out all the wheels except the flys and strikers. I have your speedboard aswell and its setupw ith 78 gumbys and Randall downhills. The gumballs are a good fit but I always find myself behind the guy with 83 flys. The acceleration is pretty good but the top speed is lacking. Im considering flys but Im wondering if they are slow to accelerate because they are so big, or quick to accelerate because they have a core and lack urathane compared to flashbacks or gumballs. Another option I considered was the strikers in like 81a. what do you think?

Chris was spotted on a larger long board around 50" or so he looked stoked and happy. He also may be spending alot of time in the shop. He has been seen in the so cal area and at the beach. Good chance he could be working on camera side car stuff. Must move in closer for better view. stay tunned............

actually i got a bit of a product question for chris. I took an old board apart to fix it up for sale on e bay(watch for it)when i tried to pry out the bearings ,on the first abec 11's i ever had, they where REALLY tight. They were ninja's but i don't think ninja's are any bigger than regular bearings. Could it be aging, they've been in my "museum" up in the heat under the roof of store, not an attic. Has the mold for the cores gotten a little looser? When do you decide to retool?

I can see it now, Chris has started getting a bit further into his forties, He'll slowly start changing his skateboards/sk8 buses/rad army car/sk8 toys for things like.... a family car(gasp!) it will all start when he slowly stops checking his own forum.

Chris,
What do you think of the Jim Z speed hangers vs regular Randal downhill trux? Are they worth the cost? What are the advantages? I have never tried them, but I gotta go faster! What about other downhill trux? What in your opinion are the best? Why?
Thanks for your help.
