Yo Hackett, you were just on TV!! I was flipping channels and caught the tail-end of an old re-run of "Sk8TV." They had a section of people who have skated over 100 pools. Guess who was one of the first people they mentioned?

Hey Hack,

"Richy will set the course for Race #3 (The next Race) after that, number 4 will be Maysey, Race 5 is O'Shei, and then the sixth and final race that will..." Wha???

O'shei has been bumped from 4 to 5? I was really looking forward to "fast, gnar and S-I-C-K" in April.

Was this a typo?

Great photo. Dig the socks!!

BLR series
On 2/24/2005 Steve wrote in from United States  (205.188.nnn.nnn)

Dispite what has been said on this sight, all BLR outlaw GS course will be sety by BLR. This is not, I repeat NOT, the SSS tight cone Sandra Dee Memorial Classic Series. So, Maysey, Richie, and Kosick are out as course setters.

You see, BLR don't want tunas with good taste, we want tunas that taste good.

PUMP RACE 3,4,5, & 6 Guest Course setters
On 2/24/2005 HACKETT - BLACK LEATHER RACING wrote in from United States  (68.71.nnn.nnn)

OK MAYSEY! Your on dude!

You will set the course on the 5th race.
I don't know the date of that race yet; as we all might be in Paris
for the race there, and then off to Alb. for the Bear and Indian School Outlaw...

Richy will set the course for Race #3 (The next Race) after that, number 4 will be Maysey, Race 5 is O'Shei, and then the sixth and final race that will determine the "OVERALL GS OUTLAW" will be set by Kosick.

i think i meet hackett, which might mean i didn't, i know i was delivering some of my early plastic products(rails, risers, custom tailskids and lapers) to "Dreamwheels" down off of washinghton square park. They sold a bunch of early custom sma's, with the ollie ridges, i think hackett was around at that time, maybe his first trip to nyc, remember the shot of him dropping off that truck?
