The best time to ride it is 1 or 2 in th am ,its 8 floors of right hand smooth as silk concrete , 35 to 40 mph and at the bottom you skate right into the elivater to take you back to the top- there are people there to watch out for riders , you have to be cool , but it is doable. I have been there many times and it is a blast ! No pads needed . IT is downtown S.D. ,cant miss it , right beside the tall building.     Rate post 27658 ! The parking lot we set up in the last couple of weekends, security is onto us now, plus I think there will still be a lot of cars from people working downtown. The only other thing I know is a small, 3 level parking garage downtown that we've never been run off from. Maybe we could do a multi-level course if we can't come up w/ anything else.
