Dear Abby,
I'm a bulletin board troll that really has no life other than bashing other people and endlessly telling them my way is correct and they suck.

I'm fat, have nasty teeth and have never won a race. BUT I've beat everyone who has won a race in practice so this makes me the fastest person alive. I hang out with all the fast people so this makes me cool and gives me 'street cred.' to spread the 'truth'.

I couldn't pick France off a map if my life depended on it and I think Napolean is a really good ice cream.

h0dad believes it wrong to point the nationalistic finger at countries' misconduct...too much of a generalism.. Hey check it out, we all do naughty things in the interest of global security. Clean green cute little NZ trained the Indonesian officers who invaded East Timor for example. Indo was regarded as "security partners" in the pacific. Then we were back there to help the locals after the Indo army f****d the place over. Crazy ol world.

Just found this in the local paper:

Dear Abby:

I am a crack dealer in New Jersey who has recently been diagnosed as a
carrier of the HIV virus. My parents live in a suburb of Philadelphia
and one of my sisters, who lives in Bensenville, is married to a
transvestite.

My father and mother have recently been arrested for growing and selling
marijuana and are currently dependent on my other two sisters, who are
prostitutes in Jersey City.

I have two brothers. One is currently serving a non-parole life sentence in
Attica for murder of a teenage boy in 1994.The other brother is currently
being held in the Wellington Remand Center on charges of sexual misconduct
with his three children.

I have recently become engaged to marry a former Thai prostitute who lives
in the Bronx and is still a part time "working girl" in a brothel.
Her time there is limited as we hope to open our own brothel with her as the
working manager. I am hoping my two sisters would be interested in joining
our team. Although I would prefer
them not to prostitute themselves, it would get them off the street, and
hopefully, their heroin
habits.

All things considered, my main problem is this. I love my fiancé and look
forward to bringing her into the family and I certainly want to be totally
honest with her. Should I tell her about
my distant cousin who is French?

Signed,

Worried About My Reputation

damm i can t believe that i see anti french bulls#@! on a forum of downhiller!!!!!you are damm f#@!in thick n pathetic!
it seems that yankees only remember what they feel like it,let me refresh your "culture"
just few note about iraq:
1) sadam is not a good persone ( i agree) but yankees were quite pleased to work with him and helped him a lot in 80' for set conspiraty to crash iran.his politic was the same as nowdays,so how come now he s not a good guy ?or if yankees are so nice people how come they work with these people for years?
2)usa sold for years chemical to iraq, why?

3) where are the mass destruction weapons that you had the proof?

4)nato agreement says that countries help each other if they are agressed, but in this case you are the agressor,so why should we help you?

5) when usa will stop to spread bulls#@! over the world?

6)how a country that 40y ago was still shooting black people can teach the rest of the world what respect and democratie are?

7)can usa only attak disarmed starving country as iraq or do they s#@! themself to atak north korea cause they know they will get their asse kicked?

8) if usa is the good and will preserve the world of terrorism, how come they refuse to recognize the international court of justice wich is here to judge people like sadam?scare of facing charges for all the stinky s#@! they do all year long over the planet?

9) if bad people that keep biologic weapons are criminals, then how come usa refuse inspections and keep variola virus in it s laboratory (like russia) ?

well we have an idioma in france sayin"before wanting to clean the street, start by your front door" your country is sick,11000people shoot each other all year, they are almost more black people in jails than in school, people get arested when the protest (democraty?) so first, before bark as a tinny doggy, try to set a real democraty in your country first, that will take you ages!

i though that 11th september would help the basic yankee to become more humble and in fact you became more stupid and arrogant, you need some more planes
the old europe gives you a middle finger!!!

after a couple more holes the american asks "hey, whats that lake over there?"

after a couple more holes the american says "hey, whats that little building over there?"
the englishman replies "well, thats a large hospital"

Heres a few of my favorite, "I hate the French" jokes.

Donald Rumsfeld said it right:

"Going into battle without the French is like going deerhunting without your
accordian". Who needs 'em!! The 1st thing a French soldier learns in boot
camp is how to surrender. Ungrateful Frogs!!

My favorite was Sen. McCain's: "France is like the old bar maiden who's
still trying to live off her looks."

"I would rather have a German division in front of me than a French one
behind me."
--- General George S. Patton

"As far as I'm concerned, war always means failure"
---Jacques Chirac, President of France

"As far as France is concerned, you're right."
---Rush Limbaugh,

"The only time France wants us to go to war is when the German Army is
sitting in Paris sipping coffee."

--- Regis Philbin

Next time there's a war in Europe, the loser has to keep France

An old saying:
Raise your right hand if you like the French....
Raise both hands if you are French.

"I don't know why people are surprised that France won't help us get Saddam
out of Iraq. After all, France wouldn't help us get the Germans out of
France!"
---Jay Leno

"The last time the French asked for 'more proof' it came marching into Paris
under a German flag."

--David Letterman

How many Frenchmen does it take to change a light bulb?
One. He holds the bulb and all of Europe revolves around him.

And My favorite:

There was a Frenchman, an Englishman and Claudia Schiffer sitting together
in a carriage in a train going through Provence. Suddenly the train went
through a tunnel and as it was an old style train, there were no lights in
the carriages and it went completely dark. Then there was a kissing noise
and the sound of a really loud slap. When the train came out of the tunnel,
Claudia Schiffer and the Englishman were sitting as if nothing had happened
and the Frenchman had his hand against his face as if he had been slapped
there. The Frenchman was thinking: 'The English fella must have kissed
Claudia Schiffer and she missed him and slapped me instead.' Claudia
Schiffer was thinking: 'The French fella must have tried to kiss me and
actually kissed the Englishman and got slapped for it.' And the Englishman
was thinking: 'This is great. The next time the train goes through a tunnel
I'll make another kissing noise and slap that French bastard again.'

Bruddah, that's only cuz you me hitting you would
be like a gnat hitting a brick wall :-) heh heh...

no army at any time was ever over the size of 40,000 during
this war on either side...as you know, there were other wars going on elsewhere...and some historians make the point
that there were so many players ( spain as well..) fighting
on the seas to overcome the brits in various locations, it
was nearly a world war...

i guess what i meant to convey didn't come across right..i
meant to convey MOTIVATION...they, the French, weren't all that sentimental to the patriot ideals as some like to say and it did take some yelling on the part of the continental congress, frequently, to get the pledged help...sometimes it arrived too late...
but let's not bore anyone here with this as you and i
continue that spirit of yank vs brit ;-) ha ha ( though
i could never sincerely do so with you )...this
would be more effective to make my point and after that
i submit completely to your historical knowledge...

"The Alliance of 1778 changed the picture thoroughly, making official France outwardly, and the greater part of the trench people sincerely, friendly to America as well as hostile to England. That alliance was largely, however, the result rather of the fear that the American colonies might become reconciled to the mother country, thereby reestablishing English supremacy upon the seas and overseas, than of France's interest in the ideals set forth in the Declaration of Independence."

p.s. thanks for that link by the way...

I love ya longey...so forgive this..

as a habit you know lately i've
taken to coddling the topic of the revolutionary war
in my head far too much for a normal person to do...

And this is only my opinion phewing out the back door
of course ;-)

But the french didn't really do all that much to help
and in fact, didn't bother till the patriots were
having successes...they had to beg for help as france
had other global concerns ( much like the brits at the time )
and didn't want to over extend themselves on our account...

this, however, does not negate the terrible loss of
population france incurred in more recent times that
you've mentioned...

one frenchmans actions on d-day+1 save countless allied lives and played a pivotal role in the invasion of europe. as an employee of SNCF, his job was to apply grease to the nipples on railway carriage axles. under the noses of the wermacht, he swapped a bucket of grease for a bucket of carborundum powder and applied that to the axles of trains carrying a panzer division northwards instead. after just 20 miles the axles failed and the panzer division was forced onto the roads, allowing it to be harried throughout its 500 mile journey to normandy. they arrived 6 weeks late at 15% strength. it is clear that had this action not taken place the allies would have been driven back in to the sea on d+6 at the very latest.
get on your knees and thank that frenchman
