and to set the record straight, I dont hate french people, a good friend is french, yes, he does wear spandex, but not when he skates or slaloms, only when he climbs rocks and he is a great guy, I also work with a french guy, who doesnt skateboard, but wears spandex when he rollerblades, but he would run anybody here into the ground backcountry skiing...and he is a great guy

I am not saying bush is great, and I am not saying Kerry is terrible, I am not against Homosexual marriage, I am not against govt assistance to the poor, but just like Republicans feed the rich, the Democrats tend to hand out to anybody with their hand out and an excuse. I am a firm believer in the need for a 3rd party of value, not the greens or any small party that robs votes from their side of the fence because of different oppinions. Mabye we need to elect Salba and Olson sincs Zappa is dead and Jello isnt running....
and to SLH...I dont listen to AM radio unless I am listening to the Avalanche, and I find it hard to find books writen with a truly unbiased point of view since most people either disagree or agree with any given topic, I tend to look at my surrondigs or filter what is on the news/in the papers/in books to get around someones point of view and form my own opinions, I spent my early years as a dumocrat, but I now see thru that BS just as I see thru republican BS

The Kerry flip/flop allegations are brought to you by the current administration's coportate mouthpieces. Bush is a dangerous idiot in my humble opinion. But, then again that is what it is -- my opinion. After looking at the issues for myself, that is what I came up with. I am no great fan of Kerry either, after all he is just another politcian, but things like the constitution matter more to me than whether we stop homosexuals from getting married. Also I am not really for continuing corporate welfare or exporting jobs to India.

Wax, Wax, Wax,
You forgot the French. Your simple view of the world amuses me! A suggestion: stop listening to AM talk radio and read a book or two. Seek out other sources of information--from both sides of the political spectrum. And then make your own decisions. That's right, actually think for yourself. You may find that gay people don't affect your life in ANY way. And guess what? Bush only gives it all away to the ultra-wealthy, corporate special interests and the evangelical christians. The stupid and the lazy are people who THINK that Bush benefits them. OPEN YOUR MIND.

Hey Wireman, at least Kerry is easy to agree with, cause if you disagree with him now, in 5 minutes when he changes views, you may agree with him, either way were screwed, at least bush wont give it all away to the stupid, the lazy and the homo's

Your local paper should have an article about the train wreck in North Korea. Read it. Read how the North Korean government is handling it.

I work at the University of Missouri. Six of our graduates serve in the South Korean Parlament. They have their freedom because the US helped them hold on to it. After the war Harry True-man and University President Elmer Ellis begain a plan that offered Koreans in-state tuition at Mizzou. I raise money and have raised a lot from our South Korean alumni. I can't tell you how grateful they are for the sacrifice made by so many Americans.

God Bless our brave soldiers and our countrymen that support them. Your support is needed now.

I believe our first fight for freedom was against the English?? I bait you JonnyX, and I don't know why. Perhaps I think you can still see the light. An overwhelming majority of Iraqies are glad Saddam is gone. They just don't want us there. But the Arab world is slowly rising up to oppose terror. There are good people there that need our help. They want freedoom and the power to follow their dreams and shape their destiny. They don't want to be the US. That's clear. That's fine.

I don`t agree with jonnyz but I can see his reasoning from "the other side of thre fence". What bothers me is his assaults on GWBush and no mention of Tony Blair. Isn`t TB just as guilty of these "war crimes" you speak of?

In as much as Jon`s veiws disturb me, those that post anonymously and belittle him are far worse. And worse yet it those that rate ALL of his postings w/ ABUSE ratings.

As to all that knock this dialouge as not being skate related, think of it in these terms, it is SKATEBOARDERS relating thier veiwpoints on WHATEVER. This is from the sites guidelines page....>>>
*Miscellaneous matter
If you're not sure which forum your longboard-related post should go in, put it in the Bulletin Board forum. If you post isn't even about longboarding, the Guest Book is the forum of last resort.*

I hope the moderators look deep into the abuse of the post rating system, and at least minimize the abilities of those that are guilty.

And it was nice to see Adam N interact on the topic, and quite poignantly I might say ;-)

You forgot Gamera the flying turtle and Mothra the monster moth Arab, they are pretty scary as well. Sometimes if I turn real fast I see my shadow and I'm not right for a couple of days after that.

If i worried this much I wouldn't have any time to skate, luckily i don't so I can. I mean SKATEBOARDING is why we are all at this site in the first place right?

Hey the Voice of Baghdad is back!

Talk of conspiracy theories, did the tooth ferry tell you that the NYPD was involved in the Harrods Bombing?

I bet you believe in the Boogie Man also.

Look Out, Casper the Friendly Ghost might get made at you.

And Bambi might just decide to rear up against you.

Beware of the Creature from the Black Lagoon also, he is really a CIA operative working for Haliburton, well thats what people think he is, actually he is a plant by the Bush Family to infiltrate the FBI to kill the Queen, God Save the Queen!

The Lochness Monster is an intergalactic submarine/plane that can travel around the world in 80 seconds, there is 472 gazillion micro video cameras on the tail of the monstership, and 3 of them are pointed at you every day of your life, there is a database on board that is recording your ever thought and that little girl playing out front of your house right now is Svetlana Dimetriov, she is a midget Russion Double agent that is there to spy on you.

Get Out Johnny, run for your life, you'll be safe in Baghdad, Run Johnny run!!!!!!!!!! Run for your life, Run for the Hills!!!!!!!!!!!

Look out Johnny, That Fly that landed on your Crumpet, its really a team of NSA agents that have been miniturized, they have a homing beacon on you, smash it, kill it, swat it, run for your life Johhny, your not safe anywhere.

In fact, GWBush even said that next to Osama and Saddam, you are the 3rd most wanted Terrorist in the world, During the 9/11 commision hearings this past week, your photo was posted by George Tenet. The ATF is setting up an independent task force that will be headed by noneother then Janet Reno, they are on your trail.

Run Johnny Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Johnny, if Europe is so great and our country sucks, why don't you have your own message board? I would have to say by far that the general consensus is that you go away. Obviously you think you are the second coming or something, but the fact is you're too dim to see that no one cares what you think. If you keep on trying to start sh#t, doesn't that make you a troll?

go brush your teeth and pray the Irish don't get angry again
