New thrasher

I hate thrasher now. I read it just before my freestyle session and it ruined it. They say they want to support individual and original mindsets. They want to support all skating. Why would they make fun of something that helped them be where they are now? They see one person who still dresses like the 80's and assume that all freestylers still dress like that. They stereotype, they lie, and they, well, suck! I've lost all respect for thrasher.

Ben, I know Mike is sick I have skated with him at the Santa Barbara contest, I frestyle too, I was just pointing out how lame it is for that magazine to poke fun at freestyle, they've had many cover shots of freestyle in the past but I guess they feel the need to appear "core" by poking fun at something that is not the mainstream rail-stair-ledge thing.

Not sure where to put this post, but since I use to dig Freestyle I figured I'd let y'all in on this. I'm building a banjo and have done quite a bit of personalizing of it, most noteably to this forum a sk8 inlay I did of an old mid-80's pic of me. Check it out...
If you can't see the pics, you can find them on the second page of this album... http://community.webshots.com/album/104064673NlHCUL Hope you liked it. Cheers!

Got a new trick for you guys. Ride up on the sidewalk, and you flip the board so it lands with your two feet under the rail. Then flip it back over onto its wheels and jump on! I call it the "F-Stomp".
Rock On, Will T
