There won't be much pushing (oops I mean kicking) at Indian School, The Qualifier or at the Death Race..... And your start at Indian School and The Qualifier will not affect your final placing. Was kicking really a benefit at the Bear? It appears that the usual suspects end up on the podium even after you took away their "advantage" with that roll in.
