Once again we have a session on sunday in golden gate park. One o'clock at the slalom hill. It is about a quarter mile into the park on JFK Blvd. Just past the Conservatory of Flowers, on the right hand side, is a side street that has two rows of pvc pipe cones for fruit-booters, we are setting up above that section. Hope to see ya there.

Just asking the question to see if there is interest:
What if a well established promoter of downhill skateboarding events added slalom races to its program for an upcoming event? Would there be intrest from the slalom community in these races? Potential for lots of spectators, a great venue, a great organization and some positive media exposure. Lets hear it - I am just curious as to how much you guys out there want to race!!

This Friday the 8th at the Westminster Promanade (106th & Westminster BLVD, Westminster is the grand opening of the much anticipated VANS skatepark.
This skatepark has concrete snake runs!! I don't know the whole details...except what is on the radio ads, but among the several professional skaters that will be there, the one and only Tony Alva will be in attendance.
I'm going to try my damnest to be there.

I'll be filming at the Soul Bowl in Hermosa Beach this weekend. The Soul Bowl is basically a vert ramp with bowled corners. The Masters (old guys) will be Qualifing on Fri. 10:00am to 11:30 am, and the Master finals will be Sat 4:00-5:30pm. Come watch Lance Mountain win it again.
I think Don Bostick will also be there, he's one of the guys putting it on. There will also be bikes, bladers, street course, music people selling stuff and Pro Soul Bowl comp.
