Cliff,
As warm as it is here, I`d give it up for a hill that I can take a drop on and not break a sweat.
If you notice, my weather related posts are usually after another has posted of cold weather. All in the name of banter.
And there is a place just north of you in Marin County that is just yummy...Bolinas (shhhh!!!) that I could just move into any day except my wife won`t come...

Oh yeah, well the weather in Baltimore, is perfect right now.....for sk8ing indoors, and we have hill's, heat waves, mountains, ocean, snow, green daze and not so green days......we suck the hardest....I know you all want some of this mid atlantic weather....
on a different note, sucks about the DC outlaw race being snowed out, I was super amped.
One more thing:
brian parson, due to the awesome weather we are having, Tori and I are not going to be able to make the trek down to your throw down tonight. I'm bummed was look'n forward to it, but with the 17 degree forcast tonight, and all the melting snow today, black ice will make for a lame drive, and I still like my 2002 car enough to stay in tonight. really sorry, wanted to come hang with you all. maybe we can all ride van's this week. I'll see you for #2 either way..have a good time tonight.

Brady,
You must have posted 40 times or more regarding the weather in Florida compared to other areas. It may be warmer in Florida, but here in the San Francisco Bay Area we have natural air conditioning, i.e. the marine layer. Last month had many days in the 70s with low humidity. I love this area also because we have hills that you don't need a marble to determine which way the slope goes. Having said that, let's get over the, my place is better than your place thing. Where people live is usually a matter of choice. You are where you want to be and so are most of the rest of us.

Due to the recent snowstorm in the DC area the Outlaw race scheduled for Saturday the 7th will be postponed until Saturday the 14th.

Congrats to Doug Dupin and his wife Rebecca on the birth of their son Max. After being told to vacate on Nov.24th, the guy finally got evicted via c-section. I wonder where he gets his stubborn genes from? Baby, Mama and Papa are doing fine. Now it really gets interesting!

LBK...snowboarding sounds like a good option. I'm up for it. Looks like we may have to postpone the Outlaw race until next weekend. I am looking at about 6 inches of snow outside my office window and it is still falling. Without a big increase in the temps it is very doubtful the course will be dry.
I'll keep an eye on the conditions and keep everyone posted on this forum. Right now it looks bad.
However I’m still having a party Friday night at my place. There will be plenty of refreshments. And the “Rainey Daze” and “Da Farm” video will be playing on the tube. It will be a blast. Email me for directions.

Looks like we are snowbound today/tonight. What is the status of the DC Outlaw race this Saturday? Think the snow will melt in time? If not on Sunday, John Dillion & I are heading up to Whitetail to rehab John's ankle, dial in some new equipment, and teach some of the DC Crew how to snowboard. Lift ticks are cheap this weekend.

Just got back from the doctor and my wrist "sprain" turns out to be two broken bones and possibly torn ligaments. I'm in a cast and am fairly well protected at this point. I'm wondering what the Downhill course is like in Venezuela. If it's a lot of grabbing and sliding I'm probably out. Otherwise, I might make it. Leo, please let me know as soon as possible.
