Any skate geezers?
On 1/22/2004 Craig wrote in from (168.209.nnn.nnn)

Anybody who was skating in the late 70's, early 80's, or anybody else, know of two british skaters who lived in Brighton called Steve and Brian Kellner????

I heard rumour that one of them was a british champion at one point?

Brands
On 1/21/2004 Steve King wrote in from (213.107.nnn.nnn)

Hi Guys
Are there any dates for brands yet? I came to the second one in 2003 and had a blast. Thing is,
I was rather hoping that I could organise a group of us from the Middle-age-shred ranks to tag along. I very much dought we could or would enter the main comps, but would be great if you could help us set up our own little cone shannangans and just let us use the back of the track just to bomb about and have some fun.
We'll obviousley be happy to pay some money towards the day.
What do you reckon?

There is free accomodation at Grunigen an army baaracks which is five minutes away from the race site and below where the party is. It is also free. It is clean and safe. I stayed there last year and will be staying there again. If you are going with your wife or girfriend I would not recomend it as it is pretty communal. We bagged a room just for the brits last year.

My grasp of european lingo is crap so any advice welcome.
Thanks

I think the problem is cleard now.

We check our e-mail two or thre times a day, we need maximum one day to put your registration on pscontest.ch

If your name aren't on the roster, than try again or write to jadranko_r@bluemail.ch

If you write on jadranko.radovanovic@swissaxis.com, an old lady will recive your e-mail. She will forward the mail to my private e-mail adress if she has time at that moment. I have left the old company...

Greetings Jadranko

Empire UK comps
On 1/21/2004 UKSSA wrote in from (195.195.nnn.nnn)

The event advertised on the bullitenboard is UKSSA. I have only had contact from Jonny X about thisbut I hope for this event to be our finals, possibly Euro finals but Antibes has now noved to September, after this event.

This is listed on UKSSA.net

This should be excellent

ALSO South West Englanders

I drove past Endsligh garden centre (between Exeter and Plymouth and it has a good private road which could be used and I picked up a leaflet about Wiscombe racetrackl which looks good for events.
Keep your eyes peeled

Chris

Strange, for some reason I wasn't allowed to sticker up this beast. Where the tray is good for around 35 mph, this four-man bob screams down at 75-80mph and pulls 3.5-4G in the bends. Scaryfast.

My Swiss entry seems to have gone in yesterday despite the error warning from the pscontest.ch site... Damn. There goes an ale. My round I guess.

I have made a £5 charge for under 16s. Still free for entry though. This is really to cover the shirt. You are welcome along not as a member.

Let me know if this is unacceptable for the young ones. I am in the same boat, so pay £10 for Chloe and Milo, but I think it is worth the shirt.

Normally this is small, so let me know the size.

When I have tried to pay using paypal, it will not accept the T-shirt size so it will not add the two pound p and P. You get the error message that you have items that are in a different currency. The total amount is only 20 pounds.
