lets face it, anything at all with a curved edge would be cr@p to a kickflipper who can only skate in a straight line! : )
if you do get to them post your thoughts on the place, i'm about 2 hours away but would wander up some time up if it was worth it.
btw, i've also heard that barnstable indoor park has a bowl, but could never get that confirmed.

The knowhere site isn't that helpfull it just gives a rough idea of the area the bowls are in and says they're crap. From the picture they look like fun I've been told they're quite fast.

Help needed: Can anyone provide clear directions to the concrete bowls in Bideford Devon, I think the area they are situated in is called Devonshire Park. I'm down there for a couple of days next week so thought I might take a look. Also suggestions on wheels required , whats the surface like? Thanks

Me and m'brother drove the VW bus up to Romford on Sunday -where a "BMX Jam" was in progress. Had the pool to ourselves until the density of metal pegs reached critical levels. I'd never really thought about those until I nearly had a DIY core sample taken out of my ankle. Hope Wattly2 was better...and free of the scourge.

Good evening at Hove, not so good Saturday morning in A&E! Took a tumble when setting out the course with Smokestack and have ended up with a torn main ligament in my knee, resting up for a good week and feeling p****d! I'm sure that Jill and Annie-May will have something to say! We missed you, Ed and family. Thanks to Jim for the Trackers and Michael for the Indys. Please e-mail me with price Michael. Hopefully I'll be ok for Brands, looking forward to it. See you all soon, Leon.

I made it to Germany for a fun weekend of racing. Excellent organisation and hospitality. Thanks everybody. 100f hot in London? It was over 105f in Germany!!!
Congrats to Maurus who had excellent form and took took the double. Jani DQed in the tight slalom; snatching defeat from the jaws of victory! The Germans competed in their own bracket as well as the Open bracket.
Is anyone planning on Morro Bay World Champs - only a month away! I think I am the only non-American signed up right now?
Giant Slalom - Cologne 9-10 August Open results 1. Maurus Strobel, SUI 2. Chris Hart, SUI 3. Jani Söderhäll, SWE 4. Paul Price, UK
Tight Slalom - Cologne 9-10 August Open results men, Tight slalom 1. Maurus Strobel, SUI 2. Jani Söderhäll, SWE 3. Paul Price, ENG 4. Chris Hart, SUI 5. Salvis Skarainis, LAT
