If you need test pilots and your sending Civ a board, you can always send him two (so i can play as well) (cuz i don't think he's going to share).

If you want a relatively old, somewhat fat, Geritol drinking guy to test downhill and slalom decks - I am your guy.
I can also get some exposure for you here in the big city of Toronto.
Give me a shout.
All the best,

This goes to all canadian boards manufacturers of drop-thru decks, que entienden español, and that their names comes from a capital of a country.
Save a GS deck, its a campaign that it will only take u to save 1, just one, deck for riders coming from the south(very south) of the continent.
it wont take too much effort, just a little bit of space for a few months and you will make a rider pretty happy!

thanks to everyone who participated in the gathering this past week end in ottawa ; although it turned out nothing like we had planned, it was better than that, as we all got to know each other and skate together, with little distraction and Claude's gr8 coaching
after all, it's about the sk8

Just a quick note to thank Claude and his family for putting up with us over the weekend. Mother Nature was not cooperative, but will still got out and got cones in.
It was great meeting Pierre, Daniel, Ian and Mary-Beth who are the foundation of Canadian Slalom in the East. I truly think we have the foundation built for a full out Slalom series for 2004.
Thanks to all for the hospitality!!!!!!
All the best
Rob
P.S. Pierre after looking at Civ's new Kebbek all the way home in the car - I think you need to set me up with one as soon as they come off the presses.

Thanks for getting all of this together Claude. Maybe for next year's gathering you'll take your chances closer to the end of September than October. Keep your eyes open on the speedboarding contest dates and you'll probably be able to engineer even more competitors. Great show-up for first year though!!

Well looks like were rained out again. We've got so some video from yesterday so we will cook up some grub and watch some of yesterday duals.
We may even go gather for some more Slalom in the new covered digs we found yesterday.
This has notheless been a really good experience for those who made it. As far as one of the organisers, I take this oppurtunity to say Thanks again to all the sponsors and all that made it happen.
A 2004 Race series is being planned for some Canadian GRS Events. I think this Gathering will finnish off as part of the 1st event of the 2004 season.
Time to cook some brecky!!!!!
