Sorry to hear about that Pierre. Does JF still want to go? We may be able to stop to pick him up. We may have room in the van we are renting.

So far there is J,Briana, Chris T. Stewart P. myself and one more plus JF. He will have to squeeze and hold his breath, LOL.

Take Care out there everyone. The only thing stopping us now would be the weather. It's seems like this year it's all a crapshoot anyway.

Claude, looks like i'm not gonna make it to Rye this weekend, i have a big family reunion sunday morning in MTL. I'm really pissed about missing that race.

Go represent Canada and KebbeK and good luck! (i think Jason can really rip that race too!)

Sorry again to change plans at the last minute...

Pierre e-mail me. I just signed up for Rye. What's your planned departure time?

I'll be away for a few days at new years to get ready for a lot of building in January here at the park.

Hey Ian, sorry about the delay in shipping the catalogs. I was planning to just fly up for the day and deliver them, but things have been crazy and I haven't even had one free day. I guess it's too cold to visit now! I'll just send them up. Sucks 'cause Montreal is one of my favorite places, even for a half a day.

Hope all is well with everyone "up there" and I really hope to see you guys soon.

Happy Holidays Canada, from the DCDC

Thanks for the kind words, I love to slide what can I say?. I had hoped I would have the chance to come out east before the snow but thats not happenning now. I might try to make it out to see the new OSP in the new year if I can get a little time off at school. You have got to find a way to send me the clip of my crash...the camera man showed me after it happened but I can`t remember a thing about it...except that I did watch it.

We are growing a little downhill posse out this way and have been working on those fast hairpin corners. I cant wait to hit westmount again, that was intense.

Also, tell JF thanks for the phone message he left...you Kebbek guys are just a friendly bunch.

Claude and MB, hope the park is going well...I hope I can make it out there in Jan or Feb.

An early Happy Holidays to everyone.

New Parks!!

Awesome to hear of new parks in markham and ottawa. I'm not so much a park skater(yet)but i'd sure try more pool riding if it was closer, and snakeruns, and ditches, and big bowls...will these concrete wet-dreams remain forever so far outta town? Are there any Toronto Longboarders who know where to find any of these? Cummer and mississauga are great, but is that it?

Pierre you can pick up some info at www.osp.cjb.net I just put some info up somewhere in there. Could be on the Team site not sure.

We will be trying to get a good website done in the next while as well.

We'll talk soon. Rye will likely be a last minute descision. We may go to the ASR from there as it may save money. Money will also be the major factor in either. We want to be able to make some big purchases at the ASR, so we will see.

Hi Karen! We will likely be open on the 26th by 12nn till about 9pm. We start our 2nd camp for winter break on the 27th at 8am so 9 will be the latest.

We still have your video. It is likely still packed somewhere. Things got crazy here within 2 hours of landing in Ottawa from our return from the World Championships. It looks like it may slow down in May or so!

Eastern scene
On 11/23/2004 skinner wrote in from Canada  (64.56.nnn.nnn)

Ian,

No i am not going to be moving to the east, i was just curious because you hear so much out here about how the longboarding world is booming in bc and on the coast, however the majority of canada's population is in the east and you never hear of any races in ottawa, or toronto, not larger downhill races with prize money like the races in bc. There has to be more longboarders there than there are in bc and yet its like there are very few.
