Stevan/Tri,
The only time retrograde motion is discussed seriously is in astronomy and you say "When I am in retrograde motion, I whip-lash back the direction I came from." I guess your ego IS large enough to have it's own gravational field. But seriously ENOUGH!!

I love that fact that one guy having dumb fun can mess with people like that. This topic whent around a few years ago so you should get over it.A wall, tree or car goes the same thing. You can stop by standing stright up arms out, by draging a foot, by sliding. My way is to grab both rails and putting my foot down. In some races just before the hard turn I will do that and not put my foot down hard, it really works for the guys behind me because they will check up not knowing how hard I will break. There is NO G- stop guys and girls!

Don't be fools! Come into the 21st century and prepare to learn what we've known all along. Gravity can indeed work in reverse if you know what you're doing. You'll see when Stevan and I appear at a major event and shock the rest of you dinosaurs and show you what you've been missing! Fools!!!

you're forgiven, that was some very convincingly insane ramblings from you, what with the harnessing of black holes an all, i think people probably thought you were in league with stevan and co. its the kinda crap they've been spouting!! nice one, i just hope we can get back to normal. Will

Sorry, but I think there is a lot of confusion going on here. I wrote the story about the german spys g-stop invention. That was a joke! This this guy Stevan and his buddy Tri kakua is one person. Its called a troll. Check out "NETIQUETTE: Trolls". I was bit angry about their writings and cursings. This is such a great forum! And with my overdrawn story I wanted to make a joke out of the troll. When I wrote about "stopping a free fall with gyroscopic movements" I thought everybody sees that it is a joke. Nobody can stop against the laws of physics. You can not use the gravitational force that pulls you down the hill to stop you. The g-stop is bulls#@!. If the trol can really skate, he is discribing a pendulum slide out of a carving movement. Thats all.
Sorry for puzzling you!

im sliding some 73mm 90a gravity super g's. just got off some sector nine 68mm 78a. the gravitys slide much easier than those 78a's and dont wear as much. they hook up too good for me though. i going to a 98a next. as far as some tips; wear pads so you wont be scared to get hurt. and if the board wont slide, you need to go faster.

The invention of the G-stop
|
On 12/10/2005
Klaus
wrote in from
Germany
(195.179.nnn.nnn)
The original G-stop was invented by german spys around WW-II. They needed a solution to jump out of planes without parachutes, cause jumping on a parachoute was way to slow and they got shot. One under cover Nazi scientist was working on portable black holes and perpetum mobiles. He found out that certain gyroscopic moves in a specific frequency could create anti-mater. He devoloped a way that Spys could jump out of a plane and create anti-gravitiation by moving their limbs in a gyroscopic movement. They could go from free fall to stop in a shake of a lambs tail. Afer the war the german spys hided in South America and some of them raised families. Somehow they told their kids about the G-stop, and these kids managed to tranform the stop from a vertical to a horizontal movement. The refined the technique and now they could create an anti-gravitational force so high, it pushes them back up the hill. That was the high time of gravitational skating in South America, but then came the dark age of military dictatorship and skating was prohibited then. Before all the knowledge about G-stoping got lost the last skater wrote it all down and in black despair. He has stuffed the records in a bottle and has thrown it in the chilenian sea. That was the last commemoration of the G-stop. Somehow it seems that the bottle has made it to a coast abroard.

I've been doing the retrograde gravitational braking, and believe me it works! America is hiding under the covers, playing wet-willie! I gound my G-Stop by accident in a video booth... I started shaking... my knees went weak! But I stayed on my feet, and what-do-ya-know... I wasn't going 60mph anymore!!! I do this ALL THE TIME NOW all you posers and losers!!!! I've patented this method, so I demand that YOU, Tri Kakua and your little frinnnd Stevan, cease and desist NOW from performing any gravitational stops, or I'll sue you blind. I OWN the G-Stop dude!!!!!!! Yer history!
