getting close, but no more clues.
Car blew up 10 miles south of Sheffield. No offers of help but lots of offers of dodgy wathces from Italians.
My best right off was the Uno I barrel rolled into a field in southern France. Full roll, 30 ft drop down a bank, cess slide across ploughed field, crushed roof. 11 months two weeks old, new for old policy, brand new car the next week. No such luck this time.

My guess is either the same amount as the number of Decks the Smokestack model will shift, or 310,001
The one is my free deck that Levene will give me.

I'll give you a clue, the scientists on the Beagle 2 project to Mars studied my car to give them some ideas on longevity.

In the tradition of the "when will my Swiss Package Arrive" comp won by Longy a few weeks ago, I have another set of Avalons as a prize, red or white, to whovever get closest with their answer to this question:
How many miles, to the nearest 1000 did my car have on it when it decided to blow up today?
I was going to ask you to guess how long it had been since I had cleaned it, in days, but the figures are preety similar.
Not really slalom related, but the prize is. Lets say you have till Brands to come up with an answer.

There is downhill at Brands. Bring your longboards, no leather fetish stuff required.
Skate all day. No "official" comp, but i may ask for a £5 donation towards the expenses. ---- bargain
Just come and have fun, whatever you do.

simon, have a look at http://www.sk8shop.ch (swiss online shop). they have some sector9 in stock, but other longboard/slalomboards with flex as well. don't know from which part of austria you are, but the 'boardhouse' (office@boardhouse.at) in st.poelten is also said to have sector9 decks. nevertheless, i would recommend brands like indiana or fibretec. stuff it with some no skoolz and you won't go wrong. mat ps: schön zu hören, dass die longboarder szene in austria anscheinend wieder 'zuwachs' bekommt ;)
